By Train
Take the F train to the Ft. Hamilton stop, exiting the subway closest to the back end of the train. Walk east on Greenwood a couple of blocks til you hit the park. Walk south to the SW corner of the Prospect Park where the crazy traffic circle is (Parkside Avenue & Prospect Park West). The Parade Grounds fields are located behind the row of tennis courts on Parkside Ave, in between Caton Ave.
If you accidentally exit the subway by the asphalt softball park (front part of train exit), cross over the Prospect Expressway and continue straight towards the park (following the walking directions mentioned before). If the trains happen to be running express (as they sometimes do on the weekend) and skip the Ft. Hamilton stop, get off at Church Ave. and switch to the Manhattan bound F one stop to Ft. Hamilton.
You can also take the B/Q train as well to Church Ave. Walk north and take a left on Caton Ave and just walk until you see the turf fields on your right.
By Car
From Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges: Take Flatbush Avenue to Grand Army Plaza, continue on Flatbush, make right on Ocean Avenue, right on Parkside Avenue.
From BQE or Brooklyn Battery Tunnel: To Prospect Expressway, Fort Hamilton Parkway exit. Proceed two blocks and make left on Caton Avenue. Make left on Coney Island Avenue to Park Circle.
Street parking on Caton Avenue or Parkside Avenue.
